Upload files in our quoting system (STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ and PLY), select materials and finishes and submit the quote. We will check it in one business day and you will get a payment link to complete the order.
It depends on the material and the ordered quantity, but usually we can start production the next business day after receiving the payment.
We do not have a minimum order quantity, but some materials have a minimum order price or per-order price. You will see this information while creating your quote.
Orders are manufactured in Latvia and shipped across EU destinations.

Any technology has its own limitations, and the tolerances may vary depending on the material, color, and process. It is always recommended to order a sample first.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns for products that have been manufactured. However, we can provide a replacement if the product is damaged or defective, or re-do the order if we clearly failed to deliver.
Currently the post-processing is limited to rough support removal, but more post-processing options will be available in the future.
3D printing, as any manufacturing process, is subject to variations in the material and the process. We recommend that you order a sample first to understand the tolerances.
Color may vary between different batches of filament. Please leave us a note if color uniformity is important to you; we will do our best to accommodate your request.
