General

What is the order process like?

Upload files in our quoting system (STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ and PLY), select materials and finishes and submit the quote. We will check it in one business day and you will get a payment link to complete the order.

What is the usual production time?

It depends on the material and the ordered quantity, but usually we can start production the next business day after receiving the payment.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We do not have a minimum order quantity, but some materials have a minimum order price or per-order price. You will see this information while creating your quote.

Where do you manufacture and ship from?

Orders are manufactured in Latvia and shipped across EU destinations.

Quotation

I see "the file can not be analyzed" error. What should I do?

Usually this means that there are some errors in the model. Please contact us to see it we can proceed with a manual quote.

I get an error saying that no suitable material/technologies are available for my model. What should I do?

Please contact us to discuss your request; sometimes files can be adjusted or split to print properly.

I need a part to be printed in a specific orientation. How can I do that?

Please leave a note to the quote item; we will do our best to follow your instructions.

My case is special - big batches, muti-color prints, etc. What should I do?

Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements; we can often accommodate special requests with some adjustments to the process.

Do you keep my files private?

Yes, we do not share your files with third parties, we keep then only for the duration of the order (unless you request to keep them for re-ordering), with the only exception of requests from legal entities.

Can we sign and NDA?

Yes, we can do that if required. Please contact us for more information.

I need to order regulated parts such as weapons or medical devices

We cannot accept such orders through our quoting system. Please contact us directly for a quote.

Materials And Technologies

Which 3D printing technologies do you offer?

We currently offer FDM printing and MSLA resin printing.

Can you consult me about the materials?

Sure; drop us a message and we will discuss your requirements.

Quality And Disputes

What is the quality guarantee?

Any technology has its own limitations, and the tolerances may vary depending on the material, color, and process. It is always recommended to order a sample first.

Can I return the products?

As a general rule, we do not accept returns for products that have been manufactured. However, we can provide a replacement if the product is damaged or defective, or re-do the order if we clearly failed to deliver.

Do you provide post-processing services?

Currently the post-processing is limited to rough support removal, but more post-processing options will be available in the future.

I've ordered a part and the tolerances do not match.

3D printing, as any manufacturing process, is subject to variations in the material and the process. We recommend that you order a sample first to understand the tolerances.

I've ordered a large batch and the colors are different.

Color may vary between different batches of filament. Please leave us a note if color uniformity is important to you; we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, we ship across EU countries and can arrange shipping to additional regions on request.
