TPU 90 description

TPU is an engineering elastomer used for parts that need to flex, absorb impact, and withstand wear without cracking. It is popular for functional components like seals, grips, dampers, footwear, and protective covers, especially in situations involving movement, vibration, or repeated contact. Compared to rigid plastics, TPU provides better elasticity and resistance to fatigue. Different hardness grades allow you to balance cushioning and shape retention. It is ideal for making durable flexible parts, but not suitable for high-rigidity structural use.
